The nCounter® Analysis System is an automated, multi-application, digital detection and counting system which directly profiles up to 800 molecules simultaneously from a single sample using a novel barcoding technology. Profile hundreds of mRNAs, microRNAs, or DNA targets simultaneously with high sensitivity and precision. The system uses single molecule imaging to detect and count hundreds of unique transcripts in a single reaction. Unlike other methods, the protocol does not include any amplification steps that might introduce bias to the results.

OSTR has negotiated a pricing schedule for NanoString Code Sets: View Price List. In addition, OSTR will provide 50% subsidy to be used toward the purchase of off-the-shelf Gene Panels or custom designed Code Sets.
