Overview

The NIH Tetramer Core Facility (TCF) provides custom synthesis and distribution of soluble major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-peptide tetramer reagents that can be used to detect antigen-specific T cells. Approved investigators pay all shipping and handling costs for requested reagents and provide purified peptides for syntheses.

User Guidelines

A detailed summary of the request process can be found on the Request Process page. All clients are required to have a Materials Transfer Agreement between a Principal Investigator at their respective Institution and the NIH Tetramer Core Facility. Click here to read more about the MTAs and to download the MTA form. Open to all NIH investigators.
