The PI Core Expenses Dashboard gives active CCR PIs a consolidated fiscal-year view of technology and service expenses from participating CCR and NCI-Frederick core facilities.
What the dashboard shows
- Approved, paid, and pending PI costs from NAS and iLab
- Combined totals with CAN-level breakdowns
- Project and transaction detail across participating core facilities
- Fiscal-year views that support budget monitoring and reconciliation
Proxy access
PIs may assign proxy users, including laboratory managers, staff scientists, and staff clinicians, to help monitor spending. Branch Administrative Officers (AOs) are automatically assigned as proxies.
Use the secure access panel below to open the dashboard. STARS will identify the eligible PI account associated with the signed-in NIH user.
