NIH Intramural Core Resources
NHLBI DNA Sequencing and Genomics Core
Need next-generation sequencing services? The goal of the DNA Sequencing and Genomics Core (DSGC) is to foster large-scale genomics research for the DIR by providing access to cutting-edge sequencing instrumentation and genome technology. Core services include next generation, single cell, and long read sequencing. The DSGC provides standard and advanced services for experimental consultation, library preparation, sequencing, data acquisition and storage.
NIH IRP Cores for Genetics and Genomics
CREx catalogues over 250 Core labs and Facilities, including Cores that provide genetics and genomic services like next generation sequencing, genotyping, exome sequencing, and other genomics-related services.
