The nCounter® Analysis System is an automated, multi-application, digital detection and counting system which directly profiles up to 800 molecules simultaneously from a single sample using a novel barcoding technology. Profile hundreds of mRNAs, microRNAs, or DNA targets simultaneously with high sensitivity and precision. The system uses single molecule imaging to detect and count hundreds of unique transcripts in a single reaction.
Several Cores provide a variety of options for NGS library preparations and sequencing, including project design consultation, Ion Torrent (CLIA certified), Illumina MiSeq, NexSeq500, NovaSeq6000, as well as whole exome capture using Agilent’s SureSelect reagents. Specific single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) detection and DNA methylation analysis on the Qiagen Pyromark platform is also available.
