New CREx User Survey

The CREx Team is carrying out a CREx User Survey. We would greatly appreciate your feedback to help us improve CREx. Please take a moment to complete our brief survey. It should take less than 5 minutes of your time. Thank you in advance for your participation!

NIH Intramural Core Resources

CLIA Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory

Need a CLIA approved assay? The CLIA Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory is available to assist NCI and other NIH investigators with the development and implementation of CLIA approved genomic and clinical assays. These include Sanger sequencing, genetic mutation detection, fragment analysis, droplet digital polymerase chain reaction, next-generation sequencing, RNAscope, and mass spectrometry.

NIH IRP Cores for Clinical Research Support

CREx catalogues over 250+ core labs and facilities, including cores that provide clinical research support like cytokine assay development, cryopreservation of clinical samples and human imaging studies.

NIH IRP Meeting Event

NIH Director’s Seminar: Integrative structural cell biology for direct visualization of neuronal regeneration

Friday July 12, 2024, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) is a cutting-edge technique that bridges the resolution gap between light microscopy and molecular-level observations. Dr.Mizuno’s group uses an integrative approach combining bottom-up methods — biochemical reconstitution and single-particle analysis (SPA) cryo-EM — and top-down methods — in situ cryo-ET and cell imaging — to understand cellular processes.
